6. Virtual Items and Currency

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any virtual items or progress associated with your account may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buffalo Slots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buffalo Slots and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
